Keith Isaacs

Trust Chairman

Keith has been married to Joanne, Mick Adams Daughter for more than 30 years. Keith has owned his business in the construction industry for 28 years and brings valuable managerial and organisational skills.

He is responsible to the board of trustees and reports to them on a regular basis on behalf of the Trust Executive.

Faye Ashton

Trust Secretary

Faye is the Trust Secretary. A qualified teacher, she has also worked with local children’s charities and organisations for the past 20 years, and has a wealth of experience in helping community groups.

Her role is to ensure the executive is effective in its intention to deliver assistance to young people and to ensure it is compliant with the regulation laid down by the charity commission.

Ed Cleary

Trust Treasurer

Ed looks after the finances of the trust. He owned his own family retail business for over 40 years, so has a wealth of experience in handling monies and transactions on a daily basis.

Mandy Adams

Trust Accountant

Mandy is the trust accountant, bringing 4 years experience working in the financial services sector, and is currently in the final year of her ACCA qualification.

Mandy is responsible for the financial reporting of the trust, and works closely with Ed Cleary, the Trust Treasurer on the day-to-day finance issues.

Joanne Isaacs

Trustee/Chief Fundraiser

Jo is the daughter of Mick Adams and is married to Keith, Trust Chairman.

Jo is the chief fundraiser of the MCA trust and has previously worked for a number of other children’s charities. In addition to her extensive charity work, Joanne has taught both special needs children and adults for local authorities over a number of years.

Her roles are managing and coordinating events for the Trust and to ensure the trust maximises its return.

Joanne is also a Trustee.

Sue Cleary

Trust Fundraiser and Project Coordinator

Sue plays a key role in fund raising and also acts as intemediatery between the Trust and our project partners. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as she has previously worked as a lead governor at her local secondary school.
